[ Process ]How we work

One roof.
No handoffs.

How a project moves through the studio, beat by beat. From the brief to the master out the door, in one continuous line.

[ 01 ]The process

Start to finish,
one team.

Start a project
01

Kickoff with the team

Every project starts with the people doing the work. No account managers, no relay, no lost-in-translation between brief and cut.

02

Assemble the team

A specific team for your specific project. The right senior editor, colorist, motion designer and mixer. No generalists stretched thin.

03

Cut as one

Design, color and audio are in the room early, so decisions compound instead of getting re-translated between vendors.

04

Finish & deliver

VFX, QC, deliverables and broadcast specs handled in-house. The team that opened the project ships the master.

[ 02 ]Why this works

The model
is the speed.

Every project is different, so we don’t pin turnaround numbers to the wall. What we’ll commit to: a project that moves through one team saves time everywhere it touches.

Notes don’t get translated between vendors. Specs don’t get re-explained. A change in the cut doesn’t cascade as a chain of vendor change-orders. Color and sound don’t wait their turn. They sit on the same shared timeline as editorial. Communication, feedback, delivery. All of it streamlines because the team never changes hands.

You’re not buying a faster cut. You’re buying the model that makes “fast” structural.

[ 03 ]Pricing

Straight talk.

01

Scope-based pricing

Your quote reflects your actual deliverables, timeline, and complexity. Every project is different.

02

No hidden fees

The number we quote is the number you pay. Revisions within scope are included.

03

Flexible to your budget

We work with indie filmmakers and Fortune 500s. We find a way to make it work.

[ 04 ]Common questions
How long does a typical project take?+

Depends on the scope—amount of footage, rounds of revisions, deliverables, whether design and animation are involved. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you're working with.

What's your pricing structure?+

We quote per project based on what you actually need. No hidden fees, no hourly rates that balloon out of control. You know the cost before we start.

Do you work with agencies or direct to brands?+

Both. We're comfortable taking creative direction from agencies or working directly with in-house teams and brands.

How do you feel about the phrase "we'll fix it in post"?+

We hate it. Post isn't a magic eraser—it's part of the creative process. Bring us in early and we'll help you avoid problems, not just patch them later.

What's your favorite meal?+

Charcuterie board. Good ingredients, no cooking required, and it pairs well with tight deadlines.

How do I get started?+

Email us at [email protected] with your project details, timeline, and budget. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
